Shipping FAQ

What are your shipping fees & when will my order arrive?

Shipping fees & delivery time will depend on the option you choose at checkout.

We have made every effort to minimize our shipping charges. We do not charge additional handling fees and offer the same rates provided to us by our shipment provider.

All products are shipped via Canada Post  and or UPS. The Auric shopping cart is now fully integrated with Canada Post and UPS allowing you to select the shipping option which best suits you!

*We endeavour to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for the benefit of our customers. However, please note that the Small Packet International Air option may take longer for delivery and does not have Tracking. Auric will not be liable for late or failed deliveries when the Small Packet International Air option is selected. Customers wishing on-time & guaranteed delivery with tracking are encouraged to choose the Xpresspost International option.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours from date of purchase. Please allow for weekends.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

When your orders are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing details of your shipment including a Canada Post/UPS Tracking Number (where applicable).

Will I have to pay duty on my purchases?

Shipping rates do not include international duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying all duty and/or taxes applicable in the destination country. You may contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. UPS may charge you brokerage and entry fees upon receipt.

Can I track my shipment?

If you have requested a shipping option which includes tracking (see Table above), you may track your order with the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email we send after your order is shipped.

What should I do if my shipment does not arrive?

For all shipping options—with the exception of Small Packet International Air (see Table)—please first attempt to track your product on the Canada Post/UPS website using the link and tracking number provided in your shipment notification email. If you are unable to locate your shipment or require further assistance, please call us toll free at (01) – 877-926-3537. We will be happy to help track your order. Since there is no tracking for the Small Packet International Air shipping option, please allow at least 25 days before contacting our office. Our experience shows that customers who do not receive their shipment within the specified time frame, do still receive their shipments shortly after.
