Returns & Exchanges

 

What if my order is damaged in transit?

We will replace any product damaged or broken upon delivery. However, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to make a damaged goods claim. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges to return goods damaged in transit. We will replace all damaged goods for the identical product and provide complimentary standard (non-expedited) shipping to get it back to you.

 

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We are happy to offer our customers a forty five (45) day Exchange OR Money Back Guarantee from the day you receive your order of Infinity products (Infinity Wands and Infinity Pendants). However, you must notify us of your intention to exchange or return your order within this time frame. Orders over $500 will be subject to twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise.

All other products carry a 15 Day Money back Guarantee.

Products that are returned damaged, scratched, dirty or otherwise un-resale-able will not be refunded. Upon receipt, these will be shipped back to you (collect return postage) even if you have received a RTA. Please ensure that your merchandise is in perfect condition before requesting a refund.

Creams are non-returnable after the seal is broken.

Wholesale Return policy

Wholesale* returns/exchanges are restricted to goods damaged in transit, and will be made on a replacement product basis only. Pre-authorization is required for wholesale goods damaged in transit. Wholesale orders are classified as purchases from Healers Wholesale of non-sample quantities.

Sample quantities are specific to the Wholesale customer’s first order only.

Payment for a wholesale order denotes the purchaser’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Damaged Goods:

Auric Energy Healing solutions Inc. will replace any product damaged or broken upon delivery. Customers MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods to make a damaged goods claim. Damaged goods will be replaced for the identical product, and standard shipping (non-expedited) costs will be paid by Auric Energy Healing solutions Inc. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return goods damaged in transit.

* ‘Wholesale’ refers to product purchased through Healers Direct.

 

 Requesting a Refund

Requesting a refund or exchange is simple. To initiate the process, please first complete and submit a Refund or Exchange form within forty five (45) days from the day you receive your order. If you created an account upon ordering, simply log-in to your account, find your completed order in the column on the right, click on Return Request and submit. 

After submitting the Refund & Exchange Request Form, you will receive an email with detailed instructions for returning your product. You will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and should not send back your order until you have received an authorization from our company.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will promptly refund the charges once we have received your returned goods.

Please note:
We can only credit the same account that was used for the original purchase. For credit card refunds, please allow 10 - 14  business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

In the case of exchanges, we will contact you once we have received your returned goods. Depending on whether you are exchanging your original order for products of higher or lower value, we will either charge or credit the difference to the account that was used in the original purchase. You will be responsible for any reshipping costs for exchanging products. 

To maintain strict standards of fairness to all of our customers, any submissions that have exceeded the Money Back Guarantee period will not be accepted.
